Facebook has just announced a new ‘Questions’ feature, currently in Beta and not available yet to most users. We don’t have Beta access so we borrowed a Mashable image to give you some idea of what it may look like:

Questions works in a similar fashion to Yahoo Answers, Trulia Voices and the search engine Ask.com, which announced last Tuesday that users could have questions answered by real people. Realtors will be able to answer questions that are relevant to their niche – a really great way to attract more traffic and potential fans to their fan page.
And what better place to do this than on Facebook among 500 Million users! This short video worth describes some of the positive aspects of this new feature.
Like every change that Facebook makes this new feature is quickly creating a buzz and it isn’t all positive. Quite a few comments indicate people are not that happy, saying that it will divert fans away from their business page. Some are additionally upset that the update status is now behind a link that says "Write on Wall".
However Facebook has told Mashable’s Ben Parr that brands will eventually be able to answer questions using their pages, the current functionality is limited and disjointed.
Bottom line is this …
… Realtors need to spend more time focusing on their clients by providing relevant and interesting content AND when they do they will begin to see very positive results
