The boutique real estate firm, owned and run by the Mitrick family, has provided Chicago home buyers and sellers with their services for over 25 years.
The Illinois Family Business of the Year Awards are presented in three major categories: Large (more that 250 employees); Medium (50-250 employees) and Small (less than 50 employees). The Loyola University Chicago Family Business Center uses these awards to recognize outstanding family businesses throughout Chicago. Each year, they identify companies who show:

• multi-generational family business involvement
• contributions to industry and community
• positive family/business linkage
• innovative business practices and strategies
